Nos dias 25 e 26 de setembro, o Chef Leandro Nascimento conduziu um workshop de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos pratos do festival, harmonizando com diversos dos ingredientes locais que fazem parte da edi\u00e7\u00e3o 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com o tema \u201cDe Juazeiro para o mundo\u201d, o chef Leandro preparou os petiscos Croqueta de til\u00e1pia com maionese de pimenta de cheiro; Crostini de farinha de mandioca com creme de ricota, manteiga de garrafa e carne do sol; o prato principal Bacalhau de til\u00e1pia, gremolata de castanhas, arroz cremoso e molho aveludado de tucupi com coentro e pimenta de cheiro , os Lanches: P\u00e3ozinho delicia com cordeiro desfiado, maionese cremosa de pimenta e picles de maxixe; Choripan de lingui\u00e7a de bode, chimichurri de manga e maionese de castanhas e uma deliciosa Gemada com telha de farinha de mandioca e canela, brunoise de manga, caramelo toffee de caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais duas oficinas j\u00e1 tem datas definidas: na pr\u00f3xima sexta-feira (29), \u00e0s 14h30, no Sebrae em Juazeiro, o tema ser\u00e1 Ficha T\u00e9cnica com Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Pre\u00e7o de Venda, apresentada pelo economista Fabr\u00edcio Andrade, especialista em gest\u00e3o e marketing.
