A cobertura dessa quantidade ser\u00e1 feita pela Parceria P\u00fablico-Privada (PPP), com uma concess\u00e3o projetada para abranger um per\u00edodo de 35 anos. S\u00e3o encarregadas pelo projeto as empresas CCCC (China Communications Construction Company) e a CRCC (China Railway 20 Bureau Group Corporation &#8211; vencedoras do leil\u00e3o em 2019. Ambas v\u00e3o liberar o cons\u00f3rcio de constru\u00e7\u00e3o com uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 50% cada, assim como o contrato assinado em 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Existe uma discuss\u00e3o para que haja uma linha de financiamento de longo prazo com o BNDES (Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Social), com um montante m\u00ednimo de US$ 500 milh\u00f5es para a primeira fase do projeto. Existe uma lista de desafios significativos para a obra da Ponte Salvador-Itaparica, desde a quest\u00e3o do financiamento \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o, envolvendo a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas chinesas e levando em conta o atual cen\u00e1rio das empreiteiras nacionais. Ademais, h\u00e1 de se considerar tamb\u00e9m os desafios log\u00edsticos e sanit\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>Por\u00e9m, por outro lado, se tudo der certo, esse ser\u00e1 um marco na infraestrutura da regi\u00e3o. Ele pode gerar um impacto significativo no desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico e na conectividade da Bahia.
