Tudo que a m\u00e3e ingere \u00e9 fonte de nutri\u00e7\u00e3o via placenta para o feto\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<p>Rafael pontua que todos os grupos alimentares devem estar no card\u00e1pio. \u201cA gestante precisa ingerir vegetais, frutas, ovos, peixes, leguminosas (feij\u00e3o sem carnes gordas), azeites (de prefer\u00eancia extra virgem), cereais, leites e derivados, mas devem ser ingeridos fora do hor\u00e1rio de almo\u00e7o e jantar, al\u00e9m das carnes magras que devem ser assadas, grelhadas ou cozidas, evitando frituras\u201d, orienta o nutricionista.<\/p>\n<p>Uma das d\u00favidas das gestantes \u00e9 sobre o quanto engordar no per\u00edodo gestacional. O ganho de peso depende do estado nutricional antes da gravidez. Por exemplo, se voc\u00ea estava abaixo do peso com IMC menor que 18,5 kg\/m\u00b2, voc\u00ea deve ganhar de 12,5 kg a 18 kg; j\u00e1 se o estado antes era de obesidade o indicado \u00e9 ganhar de 5kg a 9 kg.
